3. Marketplace Services
Valtara Markets is a platform that connects:
- Creators (Sellers): Who list and sell digital products
- Buyers: Who purchase digital products
We act as an intermediary and are not the seller of any listed product.
4. Seller Responsibilities
- Upload only original work you have the right to sell
- Accurately describe your products
- Do not infringe copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property
- Do not sell illegal, harmful, or prohibited content
- Comply with all applicable laws
5. Buyer Responsibilities
- Do not redistribute purchased digital products
- Do not resell or share download links
- Use products only for personal or licensed commercial use
- Report issues promptly if any product is not as described
6. Payments & Commission
- All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR)
- Platform commission is 20% of each sale
- Seller earnings are credited after successful payment verification
- Payouts are subject to minimum withdrawal thresholds
7. Prohibited Content
The following are strictly prohibited:
- Pirated or stolen content
- Adult, violent, or illegal material
- Malware, viruses, or harmful code
- Pyramid schemes, scams, or fraudulent products
- Content violating third-party copyrights
Violation will result in immediate account suspension and possible legal action.
8. Intellectual Property
Sellers retain ownership of their digital products. By listing, you grant Valtara Markets a non-exclusive license to display, promote, and deliver your products to buyers.
9. Order Processing & Delivery
- Digital products are delivered via secure download links
- Delivery is instant after successful payment verification
- Download limits apply
- We are not responsible for buyer-side technical issues preventing download
10. Refunds & Disputes
Please refer to our Refund Policy for detailed information on refunds, cancellations, and dispute resolution.
11. Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that:
- Violate these Terms
- Engage in fraudulent activity
- Upload prohibited content
- Repeatedly receive complaints
12. Limitation of Liability
Valtara Markets is not liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of data, revenue, or business
- Actions of third-party buyers or sellers
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of India.
14. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform means acceptance of the updated terms.
