How do I purchase a digital product?
Browse our stores or products, click on any product you like, and complete checkout. Your download link is available instantly after successful payment.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and popular wallets via our secure payment gateway. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR).
How will I receive my purchased product?
After payment confirmation, you''ll receive an instant download link on the order confirmation page and via email. You can also access your purchases anytime from your account.
How many times can I download my purchase?
Each purchase allows up to 5 downloads by default. If you need more, contact our support team.
Can I share my download link with others?
No. Download links are unique to your account and sharing them violates our Terms of Service.
What if my download doesn''t work?
Contact us at support@valtaramarkets.in with your order code. We''ll resolve the issue or issue a refund.

How do I start selling?
Create a free account, click "Create Store", and set up your store in under 2 minutes. Then upload your digital products and set your prices.
What can I sell on Valtara Markets?
You can sell almost any legal digital product including:
- Ebooks & PDFs
- Design templates (social, print, web)
- Online courses (video, audio, mixed)
- Presets & LUTs (photo, video, audio)
- Software, scripts, or code
- Graphics, music, and more
What is the commission structure?
We charge a flat 20% commission on each sale. You keep the remaining 80%, credited to your seller wallet.
When do I get paid?
Seller earnings are credited to your wallet after each successful sale. You can withdraw once your balance meets the minimum threshold.
How long does product approval take?
Our team reviews every product within 24–48 hours. You''ll be notified via email and dashboard once approved.
Is there a limit on how many products I can upload?
No hard limit — upload as many products as you like. Each store has generous limits by default.
What file types and sizes are supported?
We support ZIP, PDF, MP4, MP3, PSD, AI, DOCX, XLSX, and most other common formats. Maximum file size per product is 100 MB by default.
What if a buyer requests a refund?
Refunds are handled per our Refund Policy. The platform commission is also refunded for legitimate claims.

How do I reset my password?
Click "Forgot Password" on the login page and follow the email instructions.
Is my payment information safe?
Yes. We never store card details on our servers. All payments go through PCI-DSS compliant gateways.
How do I delete my account?
Contact support@valtaramarkets.in to request account deletion. Note: pending orders must be settled first.
